Project Scope Development.
Clear Scope Definition and an understanding of the Projects Justification are critical to successful Project Delivery. Without developing these details it becomes difficult to define the scope of procurements, interactions with Stakeholders and to build momentum in the project delivery team. We have extensive experience of working with our Clients in the development of the Project Scope across our Sectors.
We are able to provide support in the development of an expression of the Project Scope, Project Justification and outline the Key Objectives on which to base future procurement and consultation decisions.
Land Acquisition
Projects often require the acquisition of Land or an easement interest in affected Land. We have extensive experience in the development of Land Acquisition Strategies and the procurement of associated professional services.
We have successfully negotiated agreement on Just Terms with over 200 affected Landholders for our recent Projects. We are able to provide support in the development of a Land Acquisition Strategy, Procurement of Valuers and Legal Professionals in addition to acting as the Clients Agent in direct negotiations.
Tendering Support.
We believe that successful projects start with successful procurements. We have a strong track record in conducting tender evaluation processes in accordance with the probity requirements of Commonwealth, State and local government.
We are able to provide support in tender evaluation plan development, tender evaluation management and reporting. During the tender evaluation we use our experience to guide discussion, provide insight to technical issues and help ensure that the key objectives from the procurement are achieved
Stakeholder Liaison
Projects do not exist in isolation and often involve complex interactions with a diverse range of Stakeholders. Increasingly managing the expectations of a diverse range Stakeholders is more challenging than the technical aspects of an engineering project. We have extensive experience in leasing with a broad range of Stakeholder groups including the Public, affected communities, Approval Authorities and Government Departments. We have represented our Projects in Public forums, Council Chambers and Parliamentary Committees.
We are able to provide support in the development of a Consultation Strategy, Procurement of communication specialists, Identification of Stakeholders in addition to acting as the Clients Agent in direct discussions.
