Process Infrastructure provides essential services which must be maintained. Ensuring continued operation of existing assets during rehabilitation and replacement is a key challenge.
Delivering Critical Infrastructure.
The Project involved the Construction of a new Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 55 Ml/d servicing approximately 73,000 customers. The Plant was constructed adjacent to the existing treatment facility on a site adjacent to the Murumbidgee River in regional NSW. The construction works included; Raw Water pumping station and in-river Offtake, Lamella Clarifier, Dual Media Gravity Filters, chemical batching and dosing system, filter backwash system and sludge handling facility.
Our People performed the role of the Client's Contract Advisor for tendering and construction of the Project. Responsibilities included; procurement strategy development, tendering, technical direction, co-ordination of the land acquisition and statutory approvals process, financial management and contract payments as well as managing relationships with Government and Corporate Stakeholders.
